THE STORY


IDVerse (then known as OCR Labs) opened its doors in Sydney, Australia in 2018. Today, it is the leading automated identity verification (IDV) platform to onboard and re-authenticate trusted users at scale.

The company’s proprietary technology uses generative AI and advanced neutral networks to recognize over 16,000 ID types in over 140 languages from more than 220 countries and territories. Its clients include leading global companies like Amex, HSBC, and Hertz. IDVerse was acquired by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions in February 2025.


THE EXECUTIONS


As Director of Content Marketing, I own IDVerse’s content strategy and production, including the blog, whitepapers, ebooks, one-sheeters, digital/social/print ads, press releases, and website.

In my first year, our team increased content output by nearly 120% while boosting organic search traffic by 49% and direct traffic by 21%. We have since achieved seven consecutive quarters of organic traffic growth.

Furthermore, I incorporated generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Midjourney, Luma, Runway, and HeyGen into our workflows to create efficient, scalable content production processes.
